Andrew Newberg, MD
Dr. Andrew Newberg is the director of research at the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health and a physician at Jefferson University Hospital. He is board certified in internal medicine and nuclear medicine. He also used neuroimaging research projects to study aging and dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, depression, and other neurological and psychiatric disorders. Dr. Newberg's research has been featured in Newsweek, the Los Angeles Times, and Huffington Post. Additionally, Dr. Newberg appeared in "The Story of God with Morgan Freeman" on the National Geographic channel.
Mijail Serruya, MD, PhD
Dr. Mijail Serruya is assistant professor at the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health and a board-certified neurologist at Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Serruya is a trained specialist in behavioral neurology who is familiar with the current clinical standard-of-care, as well as the dynamic landscape of peer-reviewed translational neuro-rehabilitation.
