Diane Reibel, PhD leads the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs, the longest standing in the institute. As the Philadelphia region’s leading provider of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs, we offer the program in both of our centers and other locations throughout the area.
Our program help participants strengthen their mind’s ability to stay focused on what is happening right now and to be open to experience — meeting the present moment with kindness and non-reactivity.
